If those fingers moved too fast and the wrong birthdate was entered, but you are over 18, don’t fret! You can appeal the restriction by verifying your age.
Here’s the drill:
- Head here.
- Have your username ready, this can be found on your suspension notice screen on the app.
- Shoot us over an email letting us know there was a mistake made and you are over 18.
- Once our safety team has received your email, they will guide you on how to verify your age with a picture of your I.D.
- Once we've peeked at your I.D and verified that you’re 18 or over, we’ll correct your birthday and remove the restriction. Then, HUD is yours to explore!
