Oops, wrong age, name, or gender? Once your HUD account is created, your name, age, and gender are set in stone—well, almost!
We get it, typos happen! 🙈
If you need to update your name, age, or gender you have two options; contact our HUD support team, or delete and start over.
To delete:
- Open HUD 📱
- Tap your profile icon 🚶♂️
- Navigate to ‘Account Settings’ ⚙️
- Scroll a bit and hit ‘Delete Account’ 🗑️
- Verify you would like to delete. (Keep in mind this means saying goodbye to all your matches, messages, and other information such as likes.)
Got a HUD subscription? No worries! You can restore it on your new account. Once you’ve created your new profile, go to "Account Settings" in your profile dashboard and click "Restore Purchase".
To keep your current account:
If you would like to keep your current account, head over to your dashboard and click on "Help & Support". From there you can click "Contact Us" and shoot us over a message with what you need updating, and what you would like us to update it to.
Our support team may ask for further information or verification to support your changes, don't worry, this is just to help keep the HUD community safe from bad actors!
