Canceling Your HUD Subscription or Membership? We're sad to see you go!
🛑 Remember, your subscriptions and memberships will automatically continue unless you call it quits. Simply deleting the HUD app or your account won't cut off your subscription or membership. Here’s the right way to cancel:
For iOS Users:
To cancel on your iPhone:
- Enter your iPhone Settings 📱.
- Tap your name, and go to Subscriptions 📃.
- Find and select the subscription you wish to terminate 🚫.
- Hit Cancel Subscription.

For Android Users:
To cancel on your Android device:
- Open the Google Play app 📱.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right 🚶♂️.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions 📃.
- Choose the subscription to cancel 🚫.
- Press Cancel subscription.

A Few Pointers:
- After canceling, you can enjoy the benefits till the last day you’ve paid for.
- Canceling won’t refund your previous payments, and we don’t do prorating based on your cancellation date.
- If you have multiple subscriptions/memberships, each has its own expiry and needs to be canceled individually.
