How do I report or block someone?

How do I Flag Someone? 🚩

At HUD, everyone’s comfort is a top priority. If you come across any unsavory characters or behavior, give them the red flag! 🛑 We strongly encourage you to report and block any suspicious users. Check out our Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, and Safety Tips for more deets.

If You Want to Report from the Match Feed:

1. Head to their profile 🚶‍♂️.
2. Scroll and hit "Report or Block" 🚩.
3. Choose your reason and submit 📤. When you flag someone, we automatically block them out for you. You can see these users under "Blocked Users" in your account settings. If you just want to block and not report, hit "Report or Block" and choose "Block."

To Flag a Match:

1. Go to the message screen 💌.
2. Tap the user’s picture at the top center 🖼️.
3. Hit "Report" 🚩.

If you don’t have a HUD account or can’t access their profile:

Drop a line to our Support Team through our contact form 📩.

Users will not be notified that you blocked or reported them. This is completely confidential.
