Unmatching a User 🚫❤️
Unmatching someone ensures your paths don’t cross on HUD again.
To Unmatch:
- Open the chat with the user.
- Tap their photo at the top.
- Select “Unmatch.”
🔍 Note: Unmatching is final. Both profiles will no longer appear on each other’s lists.
Reporting Unwanted Behavior 🚨📝
We value your safety and encourage you to report any bad behavior.
To Report:
- Open the user’s HUD profile.
- Scroll down and select “Report & Block.”
- In a chat, click on the user’s picture at the top center, then select “Report.”
- Choose the most fitting reason for reporting, or select “Other” to attach screenshots and provide additional info.
Once reported, the user will be blocked and no longer appear in your matches, and vice versa. Reporting is irreversible and immensely valuable in maintaining the HUD community's safety.
Blocking a User 🚷🛑
Block users to prevent any further interaction.
To Block:
- Scroll to the bottom of the user’s profile and select “Report & Block,” then “Block.”
Or
- In a chat, click on the user’s picture at the top center, then select “Block.”

- To review or unblock profiles, navigate to Profile Icon > App Settings > Blocked Profiles.
